The 1st Tanzania-Uganda Oil & Gas Symposium (TUOG) held in Dar es Salaam on November 25, 2021, convened under the theme “Enhancing Private Sector Participation in the Oil & Gas Sector,” to boost private sector involvement in the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project. It was organized by the Governments of Uganda (UHC Dar es Salaam) and Tanzania (Ministry of Energy & Minerals), closely working with the Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF) and Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU).
