Who we are.

A Ugandan communications consultancy delivering strategic, creative solutions that help brands and organisations stand out, earn trust, and inspire action.

Our Experience
Our consultants have supported a broad spectrum of organisations including Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies; FMCG companies; SMEs; NGOs; International Agencies; and Foundations. Across every assignment, we draw from extensive practical experience to deliver communications that move people, shift perceptions, and strengthen brands. Whether developing national campaigns, managing corporate communications, curating digital identities, or guiding complex public-sector messaging, we take pride in the breadth and depth of our portfolio and the real-world impact of our work.
Our Approach
We thrive on supporting people and organisations that aspire to communicate in bold, meaningful, and innovative ways. Our holistic suite of services is designed to support: new companies seeking to establish their voice; established brands expanding their presence; non-profit organisations advancing social missions; and Government actors communicating with targeted or national audiences. Because our team brings diverse backgrounds across communications disciplines, we are uniquely positioned to advise on the ideal strategy and mix of tools to help any organisation connect more effectively with its audiences.
Our Partnership

At TCH, our clients are our partners. We work alongside existing teams—public or private—to co-create clear, strategic communications that strengthen identity, sharpen messaging, and advance organisational goals. We believe in building capability, not dependency; every engagement includes intentional skills transfer to ensure our partners emerge more empowered, more confident, and better equipped to continue delivering impactful communications long after our assignment ends.

TCH is a Ugandan-owned and managed communications consultancy, founded in 2015 and built on the conviction that powerful ideas, well-crafted narratives, and strategic communication can transform organisations. We are a collective of seasoned professionals who bring a fresh, creative perspective to an evolving communications landscape—where brands, institutions, and causes must work harder than ever to earn attention and inspire trust.

With a strong foundation in Brand, Digital, Media, Public Relations, Copywriting, Events, and Communications Strategy, we design and deliver imaginative, transformative solutions with precision and speed. Every member of our team brings years of hands-on leadership and management experience—allowing us to navigate scale, budget, and expectations with confidence and integrity.
